Full Job Description Position: Handyman Start Date: Immediate Hours: Flexible Responsibilities: - Interact with Field Manager via call, text, or in person. - Acquire tools/materials necessary for the assignment - Complete assignments of your choosing from plumbing, HVAC, electrical, gas, handyman, or other related tasks under supervision of In & Out Home Improvement staff - Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action and then execute it. - Transportation available if necessary - Must have reliable phone service - Must have cash app account in order to send and receive payments Qualification and Requirements: - Displays patience, empathy, and the ability to manage dynamic environment - The ability to work in various environments doing different tasks - Ability to follow verbal/written instructions - Understanding how to navigate diverse situations and efficiently use tools to finish the assignment. - Reliable transportation - Working smart phone - Valid Government Issued identification What we offer you: - Free Training (pick up new skills along the way) - Competitive pay (Average pay of $20-25+ hourly) - Crews Welcome (Work with your own team to finish the work faster) - Support (Not sure how to complete the task?
