This Year, we'll Be in Douglasville hosting Our #BlackFriday Marketplace. 2022's Cre8tion Stations will be Our #ILoveMySelfie Paint or Color sessions w/Sketches by Multiple Local Artists. So, we invite you to Paint some Love on Yourself as well as knock out Most, if Not ALL of Your Holiday Shopping at the Same time. Btw, if U don't want to paint yourself, it's ok to send a Pic of whoever U want. ;-D When?? Black Friday, November 25, 2022. 1-5PM. This is an Outdoor Event. If the weather permits (50+ degrees w/No Heavy Rain), the Show will go on. In the event of bad weather on Friday, we have Saturday as a backup. Same Place. Same Time. IF we're unable to host the event either day because of the weather, Paint Party Ticketholders are able to 1)Join Us at one of Our upcoming Events. 2) Request their Canvases be mailed to them or 3) Arrange to pick their Canvases up. Here's how it works: 1st - Purchase your Ticket(s) and select the Artist(s) you want to sketch your Photo. 2 Sessions are available to select from. 2nd - Email the Photo to [email protected] within 48hrs of your purchase. It is of Great importance that You email your Picture within that time. Each ticket comes w/a sketch of 1 Face. Additional Faces can be added by purchasing the "Add a Face" ticket option. If you're doing a Canvas w/more than 1 Picture, you can send multiple pictures for the Artists to combine on that 1 canvas. Please send ALL pictures in 1 email. No more than 4 faces on 1 Canvas. (Non-Selfie canvases will be available for partipants to select from on the Day of. Vendors are invited to host their Pop-Up stations in the Marketplace from 1-5pm, Nov. 25th. (Set Up begins at 11am and Vendors Must be done by 12:30am) No 2 Vendors will have the same Items. Please purchase your Vendor Spot before it's too late. If the weather permits (50+ degrees w/No Heavy Rain), the Show will go on. In the event of bad weather on Friday, we have Saturday as a backup. Please only reserve a Vendor Spot if you're availabe for both days as there are No Refunds for Vendor Spaces if the weather permits and the Event takes place on Saturday. If a Vendor must cancel and notice is received by Wed 11/22 at 6pm, the Vendor will be able to reschedule for an Upcoming event with Equal or Lesser Vendor Fees.
