Local Construction Company is seeking to hire a full-time construction helper/laborer in Gaithersburg, MD. Our firm specializes in the design/build of high end residential additions, renovations and remodeling. We offer a competitive wages and benefits. Hourly rate is $16 - $18/hour. Essential Duties and Responsibilities -Complete all work as directed by the Forman on the job site -Perform entry-level basic carpentry work, getting materials as needed, job site cleanup and organization Requirements for the position -Must have reliable transportation -Must be able to lift 50lbs -Must be able to communicate with others -Follow job site safety procedures Benefits include: -Health, Vision, Dental Insurance and 401k available -Paid sick time (40 hours/year)
