We are rehabbing a few properties and need carpenters and framers to complete projects in South Chicago, Engelwood, and Chatham. We need people who can start next week. We are seeking to join our team : . – Carpenters * which entails framing, insulation, drywall [both walls & ceilings] priming . – Electrical * knowledge of installing single switches, GFCI, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, troubleshooting . – Paint * priming, painting, trim . – Plumbing * knowledge of kitchen, bath, laundry Please note that we pay by the job, not by the hour.
