Disabled Vet need’s Organizing Help

Disabled vet ( service connected) is interested in applying for a higher percentage. Trying to put my best foot forward this time. Need organizing of paperwork. Best way to apply is to Show/ prove that my condition has deteriorated through statements/ evidence. Doesn’t sound overwhelming, right? As I get older it FEELS as if the process is something that would be more successful if I had help. I have a little money to pay you with and/ or barter for your help by trading watercolor paintings that I painted. ** if the VA project goes well it can possibly lead to other organizing activities that exist. If my percentage goes up, available funds will be forthcoming! Very part time. Thanks
