Minimum 650 credit score Up to date on taxes Means of generating leads: Ask friends, family, co workers Social media Cold calling Door knocking I will teach you a very easy script to know when talking to homeowners to find out if they pre-qualify. It's usually a 5 minute conversation total from "hello" to putting them in contact with me in order to set up a free energy assessment for them that shows how much money they will be saving every month.
