ISO SPLIT LEVEL / RANCHER HOUSE TO RENT ASAP

We are looking for a SPLIT LEVEL 2 or 3 bedroom house to RENT and we need to find this before the month of November is over. Have housing assistance from Baltimore County ounty Towson. ( Or a ranch style house with a finished basement.) Searching in the Dundalk area near the Merritt Boulevard area, Bear Creek elementary school area, or by Patapsco United Methodist church, or by Dundalk CCBC ( college). It has to have a large fenced in yard because dearly beloved grandchildren come over and we want for them to have fun and be safe in our backyard. We also have two little dogs. We are looking into first time homeowner programs, but for the first year it will have to be a rental and maybe even longer than that. The moving date would be January 1st. Looking for a landlord that would like to offer us one week before January 1st to be able to move in, so that we can have a whole week to move things into our new home. Thanks for reading !
