Warehouse Job Requirements: Responsible for warehouse duties including, but not limited to: Picking up materials from vendors/suppliers The physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of carpet/roll stock, tile, hardwood, LVT, WPC, cabinets, and other building materials of varying sizes and weights by forklift and by hand. Operating forklift safely and responsibly Pulling and staging materials for installers for outgoing jobs Receiving of supplier/vendor deliveries- ensure all materials are accounted for and in good condition Tagging and storing materials in the proper location Maintaining a clean and efficient warehouse Delivering materials to job sites Counting and tracking of inventory Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multi-task Take direction well Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently including, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, etc. in a safe and efficient manner. Ability to work in varied temperature conditions (heat, cold, humidity, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record *Required* - please provide a copy to be considered for an interview. Positive attitude and team player Basic mathematical skills and ability to read and use a tape measure Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred Knowledge of building materials is a plus Job type: This is an hourly position/Part time. Hours: Can coordinate shifts between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm M-F. Looking for part time, 2-3 days a week. Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience.
