Snow Shoveler needed

We have two man crews in each truck. We are looking for a second crew member that will shovel and snow blow sidewalks and steps. 90 percent of our work is residential. This is an on call position that starts with the snow and stops when the snow is done and removed. Must be able to shovel small snowfalls and snow blow large snowfalls. If you are looking for more consistent work, it is common for our shovelers to get hired on full time in the spring and advance at the company.
