Condominium Maintenance Technician

Description

We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team! Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm, with a 30 min. paid lunch, you also may have to work an occasional weekend but not often. This person must have at least 5 years’ experience and the following skills: • Electrical, replacing outlets, switches, running wire, landscape lighting. • Plumbing, PVC replacement, resetting toilets, leak detection, sump pump replacement. • Drywall repairs, texturizing and painting. • Able to replace pavers, stucco and concrete work. • Swimming pool, able to trouble shoot, plumbing, pumps, heaters, and pool chemical testing. • Landscaping, picking up debris and light trimming around the property. • Tennis court maintenance is a plus but will train the right person. • General knowledge of HVAC, no certification required. • Must be able to work alone, or as a team to complete daily Maintenance Work Orders. • Able to interact with unit owners and contractors. • Have good problem-solving skills.
