i'm a student filmmaker making a short documentary about modern day new yorkers who search for connection via craigslist. what draws us to the missed connections page in a world of hyperconnectivity and social media? is it the nostalgia? the classic interface? or the hopeless romantic that lives within us? my team is seeking anonymous participants who are willing to record voiceover reading their missed connections post that they have made. no visual footage of you would be shown in the documentary, and your name and anonymity would stay concealed. questions are absolutely welcome; if you think you may be even remotely interested, please reach out! :) i can't include links here, but if you'd like more info, reply to this post and i can send you a proof of concept reel and pitch deck.
