Space Adventure is coming to Boston, and we’re looking for new talent to complete our team!!!
As a Customer Service Specialist you would:
Welcome and guide guests.
Scan tickets for entry.
Operate ticketing sales system Outbox.
Sell, reissue, and change tickets.
Guide visitors to the next station and answer any questions they may have.
Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Report incidents/ damage/ spoil or mess to management.
Handle complaints in a calm and professional manner.
Help visitors with their requests.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
Retail and sales experience
Proven customer service
The ability to read, speak and effectively understand the English language. Bilingualism is an assent but not necessary
Outgoing and friendly
Willing to actively engage guests
Commitment to providing the best in customer service
Work authorization (required)
Compensation: $20/Hr.
