Tucker is an 11 week old sable and white sheltie. He has mobility issues. He can walk, but is wobbly. He is also incontinent. The vet believes it is likely a spinal cord or neurological issue. He requires a very special home. He is up to date on his puppy shots, and he has been vet checked.
