Looking for a Weekend Custodian (Evenings). Light housekeeping. Depending on the season there may be some light grounds keeping or light snow removal. 19 to 25 hours depending on your needs. Looking for a low key work environment at a great place to work, let us know There may be additional hours if desired, to fill staff shortages due to call outs, vacations or holidays. We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a custodian. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, trash receptacles and public areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn competitive pay with flexible hours. Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, common space and parking lot Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped 1+ years janitorial experience Ability to work well under minimal supervision Capacity to take direction Strong attention to detail Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
