Seeking a screenplay writer for movie based on a book

I'm not a writer nor do I try to pretend to be. So I am seeking someone to assist me in writing a screenplay based on early 1800's western genre. I have tons of content to be put on paper and then onto the big screen but just can seem to get it started.
