This is a one (1) day seminar geared towards our Senior community and those that provide care to them. Our goal is to create a 1 stop shop with experts here to answer questions and assist with getting our seniors signed up for services in areas like: Medicare Enrollment, Heart, Diabetes and Mental Health, Healthy Eating and proper Exercise. Experts will also explain how to not become a victim of phone or face-to-face SCAMS. We will also be giving information on a host of services that are FREE to our Seniors. Lunch will be provided and there will be lots of prizes, activities and more....
