Industry’s finest commercial pool building and renovation specialists in search of a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform various maintenance and repairs of major systems such as plumbing, electrical, and water heaters. The technician must work as a team player to meet the maintenance quality standards set by the company. Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am starts Responsibilities -Performs various maintenance functions, included but not limited to the following: light bulb changes, preventive maintenance, lighting changes, HVAC repairs/maintenance, plumbing repairs/ maintenance, minor electrical repairs, appliance installations, pool maintenance. Troubleshooting, Preventive maintenance or scheduled improvements of mechanical systems. Qualifications -High school diploma or equivalent is required. -Ability to read, write and do simple math is essential and ability to use a computer is preferred. -One to five years verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience (i.e., plumbing, electrical, carpeting, painting, etc.) is preferred with proficiency in at least one major area. Pay rate starting at $23-$30.00 per hour based on experience!
