Women 13+ with parent/guardian attendance or 16+ without will learn the skills to protect and defend themselves in the most common situations that they are likely to encounter throughout life. Each scenario/situation covered will include ways to prevent, protect, and defend yourself.
Attendees will walk away with not only the skills needed, but feel empowered to keep themselves safe.
All proceeds raised will be donated to the EmPOWERher Scholarship Fund.
