The plant (and mushroom) kingdom is full of wonders when it comes to improving our athletic energy, endurance, and recovery. We will go deep into herbs, formulas, and recipes that you can work with to embrace feeling your best when moving in your favorite ways. We will even discuss therapeutics to help with healing from injuries.
This class will be mostly lecture-based, with opportunities for tastings and discussion. Registration includes a handout with recipes for all of your future active adventures.
