Join lululemon Ambassadors Jerry Nguyen and Greg Galloway, Saturday, November 19th, at 8:30 AM at lululemon City Creek for a special class. Expect 45 min of sweat and fun to benefit South Valley Services. Jerry will lead a 25-minute HIIT workout first, and Greg will conclude with 20 minutes of restorative yoga. This class is donation based, all proceeds go to South Valley Services. Why South Valley Service? They provide shelter and services to women, men, and children impacted by domestic violence and they need our financial help now! Can't make the class but want to still contribute?
