Loyalty Exterior Roofing Solutions is a fast growing Remodeling company based in Marlborough, MA and we’re looking to expand our roofing division by hiring a roofing production supervisor. Work description includes the following: Check work order on IPad first thing in the morning. Gather and load all needed material including yard signs and company branded tent for the project (s) of the day Front-line supervisor of hourly workers Reports To: Project Manager Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in covering roofs with roofing materials, such as shingles, asphalt sheeting, metal sheeting, rubber roofing, TPO, clay slate… Schedules work hours and assigns duties to workers Demonstrates the application of various types of roofing material to new workers Generally responsible for work outcomes and the activities of workers while at the work site and also while en route to/from the work site Inspects work in progress and determines conformance to specifications upon completion of the job Performs other duties as required Responsibility:Supervises and coordinates the work of a roofing crew consisting of 6–12 construction workers Ensures that all details of the job are performed to specifications and all work is completed Maintains contact with the operations manager (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise) and others to coordinate work between the company, clients, and the roofing crew Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients, maintaining contact (face-to-face, by telephone, or otherwise) to explain procedures, solicit feedback, seek approval, and resolve complaints Performs administrative activities including building KPI reports and conduct safety meetings daily with crews
