What’s most important to you? What drives you? In other words, what are your values? Values are the qualities that, deep within, are most meaningful and powerful in our lives. They are a crucial foundation to living a life of purpose and are a compass to guide us through highs and lows. When you are able to define what’s meaningful in your life, you can live a more fulfilling life, make better choices, set boundaries and lead yourself and others.In this session, you’ll discover and define your values so that you can better cope with competing demands of family and work on your time, attention, energy and emotions.
About Bea: Bea Northcott is the Select Workshops and To Your Door Coordinator for Leadership Johnson County. A graduate of Butler University with a bachelor's degree in Journalism and French, she has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Kennedy-Western University, is a graduate of Leadership Johnson County, Class of 1997, and is a Certified “Low Ropes” Facilitator.
She has also owned her own consulting company since 1998, specializing in working with nonprofit organizations to strengthen board and staff capacity and identify and achieve goals.Bea and her husband, Chris, live in Franklin and have two children and four grandchildren.
