Welcome, I'm Sammy and I'm a ServeSafe manager certified chef that's looking to offer catering services during the holiday season for your catering needs, from small home/office parties to weddings and larger gatherings. I've been in the food business in downtown Minneapolis for over 30 years and can cook a wide range and large quantity of foods such as: rice, meats, soups, creative salads, pastas, comfort foods, healthy foods, desserts, as well as different types of ethnic foods. Just ask! Any orders must be placed and paid for at least 3 to 5 days in advance please. Please note I do not have a menu available due to a wide variety of custom requests and quantities. Pay is negotiable and must be upfront. Delivery is available for additional fee within a radius of 15 miles of Minneapolis.
