The Bronze Shields of Passaic County is a African American Police Association who promotes positive and professional encourgement that helps to move policing into the 21st Century. This is done by creating a table where anyone can sit and to help prepare those interested in Law Enforcement a stable foundation, while encouraging promotion within the ranks. Also, to address the Guardian over Warrior mentality. The Bronze Heat is committed to forwarding the status, rights and goals of its members to maintain the highet quality and standards of excellence in the Frire Department and the promotion of their professionalism. Together we promised to promote quality, equity and diversity throughout public safety while staying commited to the profession and our community.
