Chicken à la KingThis old–fashioned-sounding dish is a lot like a deconstructed pot pie. It has all the same elements without the pastry. (However, we spoon it over pan-toasted bread, which accomplishes much of the same idea.) Chicken à la king is one of those dishes that may have gone out of style but is worth embracing again. For our demo classes we will be limiting the number of participants. We will sit one per table, or you may purchase a double ticket and share the table with your guest (each participant will receive all materials and full servings of food).
