Legal Updates: The November Training Night will include a presentation on the recently updated FAA Advisory Circular, 91-57C, discussion regarding Remote ID (RID) and other regulatory requirements. IPSUASC members, and all others utilizing Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the field are encouraged to continue their education, and to be well versed in all legal aspects regarding the use of UAS technology, to ensure regulatory compliance in their own operations, but also to serve as a knowledge resource for others within the Public Safety field, as well as others in their communities.
