Need help fixing a bathroom exhaust vent

I have two vents where cold air is coming through. I've already looked and I don't think it's an easy/quick fix. Please only reply if you have extensive experience with this kind of thing. Also, important to know that I'm a male NATURALIST...meaning I don't wear clothes, lol.
