Hiring Full-time flooring mechanic/laborer

Looking to hire a full time flooring mechanic/installer &/or laborer willing to learn. Experienced preferred, but willing to train the right individual for the job. We do not 1099, we provide a W2. If you have your OSHA 10hr that is a HUGE benefactor. If not, will be required to obtain certificate & will be paid for by company. We work mainly with vinyl products (LVP, LVT, linoleum & vinyl/rubber wall base), Carpet(stretched, glued-down, & modular tile), & floor trim. This is a day shift job, no nights, no overnights. A valid drivers license & transportation is a must. Majority of all work is performed in the Rochester & greater Rochester area(s). All necessary equipment provided by the company. Job includes, but is not limited to; -Loading/unloading materials & tools (must be able bodied & capable of lifting 80lbs) -Following instructions provided by superiors -Demolition of floor when required -Preparation of flooring substrate when required -Installation of flooring, transitions &/or trim/base molding per job -Willingness to grow & learn on the job -Maintaining a clean & organized workspace -Disposal of garbage & refuse at the end of each day We take pride in what we do, we have fun at work & work as a team.
