I need a helper to load and unload materials and tools from the van at the beginning and end of the day. Also must be available to lend assistance throughout the work day as needed / make run to van for random needs. Must be able to dolly 50 to 75lbs up/down 1 story of stairs. This on average should need to be done only twice in a day (or not at all). Unload/load takes 45 minutes each at a snails pace. Nothing anybody cant handle. Besides that, stand by to lend a 3rd hand when needed and just give me on average 3.5 to 4.5hrs to do my thing... with your help inevitably less. I will still pay you for an 8hr minimum so you get your full pay. Pay is 15 to 20 an hour. I don't know what a sick day is and neither should you.
