Description
Several days ago, a dog was electrocuted in Milwaukee due to an electrical fault in a metal light pole.
It is unlikely the City has the funds or technical expertise to test the 77,000 light poles in their inventory.
We are purposing something a little unique and different- using crowdfunding to pay for this important public service.
This concept may not work at all, but we are willing to give it a try if you are.
We are looking for a person, or persons, who can raise the funds using social media to test part or all of the city for other light pole electrical safety hazards.
Our firm is the leading light pole electrical safety testing firm in the US. We have calculated both the minimum and maximum amount of funds needed to do this work.
The minimum amount covers the mobilization of our crew to Milwaukee and a week-long light pole survey in targeted areas based on our previous experiences in other cities. The maximum is the amount of funds needed to test the entire city.
You will be paid a commission based on the funds raised- this is strictly a commission-based gig. There is no draw or advance.
If interested, please send your contact information, past fundraising experience and how you might approach this project.
Thank you
