I am 51 years old. Need help with my flexibility and overall health. I am looking for a preferably a female yoga instructor to come to my location in Troy. I prefer one on one instruction versus a class setting. I am not sure why my posting keeps getting flagged. Very frustrating. I had the best instructor prior to covid but she had to get a 9 to 5 job. Looking for someone weekdays.
