Position: Supervisor Janitor/Cleaner Job Duties: Employee is responsible for working cleaning contracts and supervisory duties. The contracts that they are assigned include interior, common area cleaning and general up-keep on various Apartment and Condominium properties in Denver, Englewood and Aurora. Cleaning duties include, but not limited to: trash pick-up on grounds/common areas, sweeping, mopping, light bulb replacement, window washing, vacuuming, dusting, collection and disposal of trash and restroom cleaning. Supervisory duties include: training, quality control audits, equipment and supply inventory and assisting other employees when needed, including call-in's and time off, assisting with scheduling of contracts and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Prior cleaning experience preferred, but not required, will train Reliable transportation Supervisory experience preferred Must provide proof of car insurance Must pass a background check Must be able to lift 45 lbs. overhead occasionally Schedule: 24-32 hours/week, Day schedule, with potential to become full time hours
