If your looking to better hone your Welding skills, or just better prepare yourself for the a welding test and ultimately a job or Career in the industry, I can teach you the proper techniques to succeed!!! I went to Trade School in 2000 in Indiana, Pa. My Certified 6GR welding experience spans over 20 years. Working on both Boilers, Heavy Equipment Fabrication and repairs. I’ve built JLG Lifts in the Factory, Built Firetruck Chassis for FMC and the Deicer Truck Chassis and C130 Tugs for the U.S. Airforce……. It was also my honor and privilege to serve my Country as a Certified, Civilian, 1st Class Structural, Contract Welder for the U.S. Navy; welding on the U.S.S. Gerald R. Ford, Nuclear Powered Aircraft Carrier at Newport News Shipbuilding; Dry-dock 12. As a 1st Class Structural Welder, there I performed Critical Welds that insured the Safety of not only 5,000 plus Sailors, but also for the Safety of our Nation, being able to defend itself at Sea. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Moving on to Welding on Towers 500’ in the air, for the Virginia State Police Communications Division for 4 years. Expanding their Communications Range and Coverage areas, which has saved numerous Troopers lives as a result. I have had the privilege of doing what I love to do for nearly 20 years and now I am offering one on one, Mobile instruction to the next generation to come!!! If you want to successfully pass a welding test, and gain a lifelong skill in the welding trade! I can show you the proper technique and help develop your skill set to succeed in the welding industry! Each (4) hr instruction I will teach 6G all position Stick & Fluxcore Welding techniques. Torch Safety & proper use, is also taught as part of the (4) hour lesson. You will prepare your own sample plates for welding. The Steel for the instruction is all included in the cost of the 4 hour class. We come to you, the student must provide your own welding helmet, gloves and proper PPE. Safety glasses ear plugs, welding coat ect. Class instruction is $400 for (4) hours of Welding Safety, Plate prep, using OxyAcetylene torches, Welding the Samples with the Welding Process desired. Using Grinders, wire brushes and chipping hammers. Processes include All position Stick or Fluxcore. Mig & Tig Welding processes also available for additional $75 due to Gases needed for those processes. We accept Venmo, PayPal or Cash App, or Cash. All Class Costs must be paid in full to reserve your Date on our schedule & prior to Travel to your Location to provide our Professional Welding Instruction Services. I am a very laid back kind of guy that wants to see you retain and succeed in the welding industry, No Pressure! I will drive anywhere in the State of Virginia to teach you, at your location. Most people just use their driveway……weather permitting. We’re Fully Mobile. Each Class is (4) hrs of Torch and Machine welding for $400 this includes materials used. $75 additional for Mig & Tig instruction. This helps offset the cost of Gases need for those processes.
