Looking for a go-to person who can do Maintenance/Punch list items on an as needed basis. Need someone who is very reliable, very knowledgeable, can get the tasks done efficiently, and who is able to work unsupervised as a trustworthy person. You MUST HAVE own tools and transportation!! No exceptions!!! Looking for a team player!! Need someone ready to get to work with no BS! Work is plentiful if you can prove yourself. Need someone for tomorrow Monday 11/14/2022 so far…. Need someone who can repair fascia, blow leaves from roof, pressure wash, repair porcelain tub spots, fix crack in windows…etc. we will discuss better in conversation. Paid after completion of work!
