Heat, wifi, trash, and bathrooms included; safe building (locks, security cameras), and there’s always easy parking out front. Sinks provided downstairs for messy things, and a big dumpster. On 2nd floor (no elevator), but easy loading as studio is directly above the loading garage. $325 security deposit, mgmt rules: no business use (outside clients coming in); no woodworkers, metalsmiths, people needing a kiln, or needing to use noise-generating or fume-making materials; no music or rehearsal space, or using the space for classes or workshops. Single tenant occupancy. If you’re interested, I’m willing to include a Black & Decker portable AC unit and/or sofa for free. Great price, great light, whole studio freshly painted and cleaned.
