Looking for a reliable and experienced maintenance sub-contractor, insurance is a must, to perform various repairs of both vacant and occupied houses and apartments for a property management company NashDom Realty. This is a great supplement to your existing income. We manage 100 units and can have 1-5 vacancies a month. All work is paid upon completion and inspection based on the prior estimates, cost of materials will be reimbursed based on the receipts. Also looking for a cleaning person to clean vacant apartments and houses. Details and expectations of the cleaning will be discussed at the interview. Cleaning supplies are provided. Pay is per job as follows the next day after completion via CashApp, Venmo or Zelle (each job will be inspected prior to the payment): 1-bedroom 1 bath apartment $90 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment $120 3-bedroom 1 bath apartment $150 3-bedroom 1 bath house $180 3-bedroom 2 bath house $210 4-bedroom 1 bath house $210 4-bedroom 2 bath house $240 Please text for me details and to schedule an interview.
