Looking for a practice space timeshare

Do you have a practice space and would be interested in renting out some monthly time in it? I'm a singer-songwriter badly in need of practice and a place to do it. Lately I've been really missing having a space to crank an amp with no distractions. In my apartment the TV, couch, computer, and kitchen seem to get in the way of my craft. Ideally, I'm looking for something south of the Monongahela, for example StorExpress (McKees Rocks or South Side), ABC Storage Mt. Washington, or similar. I'd like to be able to leave a bit of gear there so I wouldn't have to drag an amp and PA on every visit. In terms of timing, each week I'd be looking for 1-2 weekday evening slots around 4-7pm and maybe 1-2 weekend slots with no particular time preference. I'm a late 30s professional with a steady income so you could count on me to pay my share on time, keep the place clean and respect any other gear in the space. Budget-wise, I'm flexible - I just couldn't see myself paying $400 to rent a space on my own. If this sounds like it might be a fit for your space, reply to this post and let's talk!
