Seeking guitar player for duo with female singer

Looking for a guitarist to join a duo with me to play gigs (cover songs) at bars, house parties and other local venues. I work full-time at a software company - for me this is all about having fun and playing live music. Let’s rehearse 1x/week until we get our initial setlist of covers together, play a few open mics, then start playing gigs right away, a couple times a month. Ready to get out there! My wish-list for bandmate... genuinely nice with a good sense of humor, focused on getting the songs down so we sound awesome in front of the crowd, enjoys playing different genres of music to keep things fun for us and the audience, likes to sing (ideally) so we can put together some great harmonies. If you have practice space at your place or somewhere else, that would be a huge bonus. I have neighbors on both sides who don't appreciate live music coming through their walls, so my place is out. I live in Smyrna - I'm shooting for less than a 20-mile drive to wherever we'll be rehearsing.
