Looking for a helper to help support 18 apartments in the Burlington/area. I will be traveling out of state for a few months, and I would field calls from tenants and when items pop up, have the helper contact tenant and coordinate to do the repair. The ability to purchase parts, meet with tenants on time, and professionally, and keep track of honest hours are key. Having a car and some basic tools is required. I can pay via venmo, cashapp or check. Typical repairs are changing faucets, locks, broken window, possible snow or ice removal on stairs, basic appliance troubleshooting and repair, basic heat related troubleshooting and repair such as changing thermostat, igniter, etc.
