Natural gas heater repair

I have 18 apartments in the Burlington/Winooski area. I will be traveling approx 2-3 months this winter and looking for someone to back me up while I'm away. I have my Natural Gas license and am able to do 90% of my own furnace repairs, so looking for someone similar who has a car and can perform small side jobs and has a gas license and can pick up parts etc. Tenant would contact me with issues, I would then contact you to coordinate repair with tenant for access etc. Typical items, change thermostat, zone valves, circ pumps, pressure release valve, etc. Ideally a person who has experience or works at a larger local plumbing shop, or a small independent heating plumber looking for work and extra part time cash. I would then pay you directly with Venmo, Cashapp, etc.
