Pro jazz/fusion/pop drummer with small drum kit (4pc.) seeking a new practice space. It’s just me. I have no other musicians with me. But happy to share a space with another band / musician. Must be able to accommodate my own private kit (small 4pc. kit). I do not practice on other people’s kits, house kits, etc. Space must be free of moisture, secure, clean, reasonable ventilation. I prefer to practice during day hours. But I can flex on that. Reply must include photos of space and pricing.
