Piano/guitar player needs room to rent; free studio work!

I am an older veteran/hippy who plays blues/rock/jazz piano and guitar and I need a room w/ WiFi to rent. I have my own online business helping students with their college papers and a small monthly Social Security check and Food Stamps. If you have a recording project that you need piano or organ or synth strings or even horn tracks on, I'd be happy to help. I'll consider anything; a shed or garage or camper or whatever. I was in a car accident and got a crippled leg and pretty much lost everything (except my keys and acoustic guitar) and have been roughing it for some time now. In Wilmington for 20 years now, I have local references and can pay my way.
