Hi everybody. I'm looking for a small design studio / garage / room to rent. I run a home based wedding floral design business and am running out of space where I am currently. I don't need anything super fancy, but I do need street level access, off street parking, sink and running water, electricity and outlets for the AC in the summer. I have a varied schedule, weddings are typically on the weekend and during the week I work from my home studio writing proposals etc. Rent negotiable depending on what you have, looking in COLLEGE PARK, BELTSVILLE, MT RANIER, TAKOMA PARK, HYATTSVILLE.
