ISO - pomeranian yorkie mix or similar

Hello all! I’m open to rescues as well! I’m just looking for a specific combo of breeds or similar. My grandparents had a yorkie Pomeranian mix for 18 years. They lost her 3 months ago and my grandmother just hasn’t been handling it too well. She hardly gets out of bed now. They have a fenced yard, took their dog on all vacations with them, they have a doggie door installed already and have plenty of time to dedicate to a pup! If there’s an older dog that is already housebroken that needs a home, that could be considered as well; however I think a pup would be better as sometimes they do have grandchildren over (that respect dogs) so the dog needs to like kids and dogs (I visit with my dog) or be socialized from a pup with kids and dogs. Their dog they lost was a Pomeranian yorkie mix (photo for attention) but will consider some other small and/or non-shedding breeds : Maltese, shih tzu, mini poodle, schnauzer, yorkie, etc. Must be small enough for my grandmother to carry/have in lap. They’ll be a great home. I don’t mind a small adoption fee, but I’m hoping to get it for her for her birthday this month. I don’t have a lot to spend as I just replaced my roof; but I didn’t realize my grandmother wouldn’t be handling it this bad after so many months, still, or I would’ve had more saved up for this. Possible trades? Just really want to do this for her so she will start getting up and doing more again.
