About Handlebars For Health: Now in its fifth year, is a community-wide fitness event focused on the support and promotion of men’s health on both a local and global scale. Aligning with the stache-pendous month of Movember, HFH aims to increase the much needed attention and support of men’s health by contributing to Cancer Support Community Rochester and to the Movember Foundation. About Spoke Row: Spoke’s Row delivers the ultimate sweat sesh with interval training on and off an indoor row machine to deliver high-intensity workouts, low-impact burn, and total body results! Each stroke on the row machine works your legs, core, and arms. By coupling rowing with sculpting exercises, Spoke Row hits every part of your body for head-to-toe toning all. All Proceeds to go: Cancer Support Community Rochester and to the Movember Foundation.
