Deepen your embodied wisdom and cultivate energy mastery skills to improve your relationships, to your self, to others, and the world at large. Honoring the energy of winter, the invitation is to dance with the darkness, illuminate shadows and reveal your light. Think of this as a Relational Dojo, a playground for deepening connection. This is a space to move through old B.S. & programmed patterns of being that no longer create your desired results. This is a laboratory to experiment with inviting upgrades in how you move, think, feel and be. The Shadow Dance will be gently facilitated, offering an opportunity to deeply attune to your InBody Wisdom.
