Description

Hello Community! This is your Community Leader Kristen Hernandez. I am so happy to contuine to recover This Native Land that belong to these tribes: Kizh , Ventureno, Chumash, Fernandino Tataviam, Tongva ( Gabrieleno) We must contuine to care, leave no trace while visiting this park we all love and cherish! We were not the first ones here and we must contuine to do our part. Lets keep horning this Native Land because so far we all have picked up 5,150 pounds of trash, too many recyclables and the glass project is till an ongoing project. So I am asking for 50 Stewards and that includes families and would love to see the stewards who are children! You dont have to be a climber or a hiker to come to this event, this is open to all. We need 20 stewards to stay back with your leader while we sift through the glass. Children can help by ripping off stickers throughout the park, and stewards can also help by removing any wanted grafftii from signs and poles, we want the next generation to come back to safe and beautiful land! We need another set of stewards hike to the summit to find all illegal dumping. WE have a fundrasier going for more supplies since they arent cheap and we need them for the glass projects.Donate Funding here: Optoutside with Trailmothers for Crag Clean Up- Donate here!
