Join Gabriel's Giving Tree and THRIVE for a day of gardening, gratitude and unity at the Recovery Park in Suffolk County Environmental Center at Scully Estate. 10-11am Gardening and getting ready for the winter, making sprays for our 5 Trees and Zen Garden, decorate a cart with a scarecrow and fall leaves plus we have a few surprises!!! 11-12pm You might want to take a nature walk, collect pine cones, work on arts and crafts, listen to a story or hang out, drink hot apple cider and eat donuts. 12-1pm Is our Gratitude Ceremony. As we watch the leaves fall, it is time of letting go of so much. We can also find ways to be thankful for the gifts of each other and all we do have.
