In this hour session we will have a 20-25 minute guided stress reduction meditation, followed by 30 minutes of discussion on how to work with your stress in a healthier way. We will close with 5 minute self-compassion stress-less meditation.

Wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to sit on the floor, bring your own cushion if you wish. If you bring a Yoga mat, please know space is limited and it may have to be folded or rolled at one end to allow space for everyone. There will be 4 floor pillows/cushons provided and six chairs for those who prefer a chair or may have any physical limitations. Be sure to bring water and a beginners mind.
