Take some time for yourself STEP OUTSIDE of your everyday routine to dance and flow in the midst of the holiday season. We will also have our holiday market to shop a specially curated list of local vendors on site. This is your night to relax, unwind and even knock out some shopping for your besties! SCHEDULE: 6:00pm Doors Open ->Local vendors, mingle with your community 7:00pm Movement -> Disco Dance with Amelia & Funky Flow with Nicole 8:00pm Shop and Mingle -> Food, snacks, shops **Please bring a yoga mat** ABOUT STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation STRENGTH IN THE CITY Foundation (SITCF) was founded with one goal in mind - bring mental, emotional and physical health and wellness to the community. Programs created by SITCF will have an emphasis in three primary areas: serving underprivileged youth, cultivating empowerment, and protecting the environment.
